Most of it stays dry. It's primarily a beginner's area and the majority of the routes are short and easy. Don't go there if you are looking for long, steep, pumpy routes... (there are plenty of those in the rest of the Gorge anyway).

However, if you are bringing some newbies and they are eager to do their first lead climbs then it might be a good place to visit....
