Actually, I have found that I usually fall because I let go. So, the key to sending is to not let go. Hope that helps. If not, then try to climb harder routes, then bandolier will seem easier.

obviously milk the ledge rests down low. Paddle throught the middle. Trust the feet in the crux (there's boot rubber there for a reason). Pick your line and stick with it. Get out left milk the big rest if your gassed. The fist clip on the top flake can be wierd if you don't keep your cool. Make sure not to miss the enormo pocket for the left hand when working the flake. Move quikly through this part. I built confidence for the top by clipping the chains off the big horn and then kinda just hanging out there like I was resting alternating hands on that big horn at the top. Do it while your gassed and it will make actually clipping them on redpoint a breeze. Good luck

I have found that if I can do all the moves on a route and not get pumped, I can send it. Oh, and don't let go.

Move on. Come back and try it some time in the future. Bandolier is, in my humble opinion, the hardest 11a sport route in the Gorge. At least it's the hardest one I've done.

Go work on Twinkie for a while, or King Me, Momma Cindy, Fuzzy, All Things Considered, Seek the Truth. Like Wes said, work harder routes and you'll get over the hump. If you haven't been on them I would HIGHLY recommend All Things, King Me and Momma Cindy. Amazing routes.

Slow down there cowboy! Learn to love the route & maybe it will love you. No need to spread all that hate!
