Workout time!

Lets get in shape! We will start with strethes.Come on you can do it! get those legs all loosened up .Now lay down and work the toso. Stay with me! now time for some cardio. Get the blood pumping! Little circles rght here. Now rub the area. Pick up the pace. Are you feeling it yet? Back and forth up and down. One two thre four One two three four. Do it harder. Dont stop Don't stop! DONT STOP! Damn it do me. DO ME! OHHHH That felt good didn't it? Was it as good for you as it was for me?

Yeah, I walked into Climb Time last Tuesday and thought I had walked into Bally's Fitness by mistake. I hightailed it outta there real quick.

Courtney has a clubhouse. It says"No Boys" right on the door.
So what night is girls club? I can drop by and hang out but pulling too hard on plastic is bad for me.
