Recovering split tip on left index finger, half split tip on right index finger, fucked up inside left knee (three weeks and still feeling it...can't do drop knees with left leg), pulled hamstring on right leg (one month old..still can't do hard high steps with right leg), recovering from three bulging cervical disks (maybe fully recovered? Doc wanted to do surgery), torn ligaments in right shoulder and busted ACL joint (prevents hard gastons with right shoulder. Doc wanted to do surgery).

Cause: determination and motivation.
Solution: pop some ibuprofen and keep cranking.

Gotta love climbing.

What's YOUR injury?

Right ankle - still not 100% right after rolling it last Aug.
Left pinkie is tweaked and has been swollen for a couple weeks. (ring pulley?)
Right index is pretty much good after tearing ring pully last year.
No elbow tendiontis for a year or so. It was so bad at one point I couldn't hold a half gallon of juice with one hand.
Knee issues every once in a while.
Pulled bicept a month ago, seems fine now.
Generally have at least one or two splilts on my fingers at any given time. Had 7 out of the 8 split in Hueco last year and 6 out of 8 this winter.

I prefer alieve, but otherwise pretty much the same cause and solution.

Sore back from a spazm triggered last weekend by taking a nap on the couch.
Left ring pulley.
Getting over right elbow tendonitis.
May FINALLY be over bilateral pulled biceps (almost 2 years now)
Ingrown great toenail on right foot.
Sore middle knuckle (proximal interphalangial joint).
More scabs and scars than I can count.

Did any of you with spinal injury use crutches to help you get around the house?
It hurts so bad all the time that I'll try anything to help me get to the bathroom. I'm thinking they would take the weight off the injury.

skin in general- good shape
resting heart rate -about 80
can't do 10 pull ups currently
hemorrhoids flaring probably due to chronic consitpation due to stress due to school

Just wait for Sandy's list. She's probably been typing it up in word.
