Pick a day, any day. Let's climb during the week.

Kathryn and I would be game for Tuesday and Thursday, but it's looking too chilly for Tuesday. Thursday looks sunny in the high 40s, should be a great day.

Want to meet at the shell station in Slade around 9?

That was a nice time. Beautiful views. Frozen hands. I felt just like this guy on most of the routes:

I wholeheartedly agree. My hands are still throbbing. Just want to say that Jack is a much better climber than he is a hiker. He fell all over the approach trail. 8)

Sita and I can relate to Jack's plight.

Sometimes the approach is harder than the climb!

Case in point, HF takes like three or four oxygen breaks on the way up but then freakin sends Welcome to Ol'Kentck.

I was just clearing the leaves away for you guys. All the way down the trail. You might have fallen. I was just practicing smearing. With my whole body (including my pee pee).

I was impressed with Overhung's self-arrest technique using the guidebook. And lest we forget, Zemkat's "I sat down on the ice on purpose. It's easier to rappel while flat on your back."

I'm looking forward to flashing those tricky 2nd classes this Sunday. I wonder if I can find some crampons on sale? And a cane. Maybe a portable hand rail.

HaHa!! Too funny. Yeah, Zemkat's horizontal rappel is one for the highlight reel.
