Is it true that Ben Kastle knowingly did one of Kenny Barker's projects up in Sore Heel this past weekend?

Ben and I have spoken on the phone.
Some might question why I brought this up on Ray's site instead of calling Ben first.
Ray's site is the medium to have discussions effecting the community and I feel that questions concerning ethics of climbing deserve the community wide exposure.

ps my apologies to Ben for mispelling his last name. Cassel, not Kastle.

Red Ribbon Missing???
Hello everyone,
Does anyone know who removed the red ribbon on my project at Purgatory? I bolted the line this winter and was unable to return to send it due to my wife having a baby in February. I had planned on sending it this coming weekend (April) and now the ribbon is missing and fresh chalk lies upon the holds.
I would appreciate any info in regards to this matter.

No matter how you word it, that post is still underhanded and classless. I have always thought you were a pretty decent person and to me, this is WAY out of character for you. Some might question why I brought this up on Ray's site instead of calling Ben first.
Hugh, don't you think it would have been a bit more tactful had you actually spoken to Ben FIRST, before playing tattle-tale to the rest of the community? I don't know what kind of relationship you and Ben have, but don't you think that what Ben does at Kenny's crag is between Ben and Kenny or between Ben and Tony (assuming he's not a troll)? And if Kenny REALLY needed help with the situation or "ethics" as you say, what makes YOU think YOU need to be the one to give it? What gets me is as much bull shit that goes on with the whole RRGCC, even from a CASUAL OBSERVER'S point of view, you actually think this is newsworthy. Gotta love the soap opera that is RRC.com.

...quitting drinking is kinda like washing your hands after you take a crap...why start now?
yeah but sometimes it's like expecting to get something done at the g8 summits while having the meeting outside with all the protesters. sometimes things need to be figured out and resolved before everyone can voice whatever opinion they have on it before any of the facts or details are figured out. all we can know right now is what we can guess at.. right now there could be ten thousand explainations for what lurkist and colors have said.. and their "facts" can be mixed up. some things should be handled behind closed doors. not everything.. but some.
