Anybody have any current beta on that area? I hiked there allot and always saw folks there climbing but never got up there to do it yet. It's short stuff I know, and top roping allowed only from what I understand. But it's close enough to Cincy to hit weekday eves when the days get long.
Are there established routes?
Guidbook available?
Any beta much appreciated..

John B is decent climbing, there is a pamphlet there with routes/locations. There is like one 11 and a bunch of 7's to 10's(by a bunch i mean like 15 routes tops). Its nice though.

PS in the summer bring bug spray!! it gets bad!

yeah, like the park headquarters, actually, you need to register and take one of these tags, its a drag but they just want to keep track of the park's use. Anyway, look for the pepsi machine at the office all the info is right around there.

As far as the climbing is concerned go to the gym or go to the gorge. The wall is typically very dirty and very polished thanks to the trail system running right alone the top of the climbs washing the dirt over the edge covering the wall, but if you are set on going, check out the climb furthest right "facing the wall" climb is 10b-11? and if you rap from the top and clean the route it can be fun.
