I just moved up to Cincy from Lexington, Ky. I've done a little bit of indoor climbing in the past but never got outdoors. I'm looking to get back into it, and was curious if there were many climbers from the Cincy area here, and where a good place

You have got two gyms in Cinci..Climb Time, Kenwood Road in Blue Ash, and Rock Quest, Kemper Road in Sharoville. CT is more of a bouldering gym and RQ is more of a pitch climbing gym. Both have good groups of very freindly and helpful people. You can meet people there who would climb with you outdoors.
A great area for toproping climbs is John Bryan State Park near Yellow Springs, Ohio, there is no leading allowed there but there is allot of stuff to climb on, numerous easy routes from 5.6-5.9
Ive been meaning to get back up there one of these days. If you live in Cinci its doable in the eve during the week when it stays light until after 9pm.

go to eden park by mount adams. great place to meet people and you can set up toprope on the wall( about 25 feet high). plus your outside and it's free! usually about 10-15 people over there on a nice day. you're also more than welcome to go to the red river with us anytime! we go fairly often! later on!

All of the options mentioned so far are good. RQ does offer a variety of classes that might be helpful for getting back into the swing of things or making the move to outdoor climbing. Otherwise just check it all out & find out what you like. Welcome to the capital of Buckeye climbing.
