Lunch?

I work in an office and run on my lunch breaks, which leaves only minimal time for eating. Unfortunately, I often end up just eating a can of soup or something like that, and then snacking all afternoon. It would be great if I could think of some things to eat that would be more filling and better for me.
I know that a lot of you all also work in offices, so what do you all eat?

Garden Burgers (original) are good. Just microwave.

I just had left-over pizza from Miguel's.

Usually I hit the salad bar at Krogers or Wild Oats and eat something that pretends to be meat (Morning Star imitation ribs are great).

snacking is better for you anyway...just as long as the snacks are healthy ones...
make a sandwich the night before to bring with you...

Dilburito's if you can find them are supposed to be good. I'm "lucky" and I walk home and fix myself a sammich or leftovers pretty much every day. Though tuesday is omelet day at the Cafateria on campus, Mmmmmmmm omelets........

#1 option: Leftovers
Otherwise:
Burrito's from the shi-shi-fru-fru-organic freezer section in the grocery. I dig on brands: Amy's or Cedar Lake. Yummer!
And when you are hungry 2 hours later, cookies that I store in someone else's cube so I don't eat them all in one day.

We usually cook the night before and make something with 4 servings. Eat 2 servings for dinner and save the other 2 for lunch!
Sandwiches are great too!

i never eat lunch. I have only 20 minutes to eat if i do and it makes you eat too fast to enjoy it. I usually eat a cliff bar and an apple - maybe a plain bagel in the morning.
