Hey everyone, I've started building an online guidebook. There's a link to it at the top of the page. Feel free to add info!

You call that progressive?

JB - you really showed your true colors there for awhile. Good job digging up the past. Does that make you feel better about yourself? You're really one hell of a role model there buddy!

Maybe there really should be an RRGCC forum .

That way, all of you who want to preach just to hear yourselves speak can keep it in one forum.

Ray, think Christpher Columbus, Edison, Franklin or any other great mind. People tried their damndest to prove them crazy. Where would we be if they listened?

columbus was crazy. and spent a lot of time in jail becuase of it. he though the world was shaped like a breast, and thought he reached asia until he died despite most everyone in the world trying to tell him it was round and he couldn't of reached asia.

there is a new book out on him that is really interesting and dispels the bullsh*t myths that everybody knows about him.

nobody thought franklin was crazy. they did think he was lazy and womanizer in his later years. and he was, especially while in france as the the diplomat.

i don't know anything about edison but why would people think he is crazy? he got results and made mad money.

Sheesh, I wasn't trying to give a history lesson, just supporting Ray for doing what he wants to do. There is a bunch of fucking nitpickers on this site!

Again I'm late to this one, but feel compelled (why I don't know). It was proggressive in that facts and thought out points were being laid out there. Of course it probabbly felt and looked like an attack on Ray, but afterall he is the one working on the on-line database. I feel that the same discussion would have taken place if anyone one of us came to this site with the same sort of thing. It also might not seem progressive if one isn't open to listening and thinking through points brought up by the other side. It ain't about nitpicking someone or their ideas its about continuing our privledge to climb rock in the Red River Gorge. In another post this morning I mentioned timing and that seems to be a theme with me today. Its all about timing.
