hey, if someone could get me a good training program, to help improve my climbing, that would be great, or tips and expert advice,

What grades are you climbing now and for how long have you been climbing? If you are a newer climber, then just basic workout stuff and lots of varied climbing is you best bet. Add in some cardio, and you should be good to go for awhile.

Um, start by being more specific in what you're looking for and where you are now. Training programs for beginners and elite climbers differ just a bit.
Ticking is gym climbing outdoors.
