Southern Culture on the Skids - warning, offensive photo!

Is anyone into this band? I saw them years and years ago and they are a blast. Let me know if any of you are planning on seeing them at Headliners Music Hall in Louisville on November 22 - next Friday. I am thinking about going if I can get a sitter.

Here's a pic from their website (you were warned! Sorry!) http://www.scots.com

I would go with you, Girly Girl, but I spent all my money on that Loretta Lynn concert Saturday night!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

That is so offensive. No way would Jesus be caught with a beer... or at least not cheap beer.

Some of those SCOTS folks used to play in a local Lexington band called 9 pound hammer. That was back in the late 80's. My old punk band opened for them at the Wrockalge once... I think... that whole time is kinda fuzzy.

9LB Hammer rocks. Redneck Romance pretty much sums up ones life and times in Owensboro. Their lead singer's mom was my high school health teacher.

And there is nothing holy about Heaven Hill.

I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.
