I've gotta head out to San Diego for a week. Anyone know of some good bouldering around there?

Yea, the bad thing when I go on these business trips though is I usually have to work each day I'm out there. So that only leaves me with a few hours each night to climb....which is where bouldering is good.

They have lots of info here... Most of the info for Cali was put up by rrradam who is one of JB's climbing partners.

Bro; you gotta head to Mount Woodson; it is good
imagine a large hill/mountain covered in large boulders;
30 foot tall splitter cracks, featured face moves; it has it all;
i used to live near Santee boulders and they are ok; Mission gorge is ok;
Mount Woodson is alot bigger and better; and Joshua Tree; 2 hours north is better. JT is a little more coarse; so be ready for the texture but it is a trip that you have to make. To sit up there in the desert and see all those killer boulders, it will make you psyched. Since i left Southern Cal. I have heard of other boulders that are west of San Diego about an hour, they were in an old Rock and Ice magazine. But check out Mt. Woodson, it should be on every boulderers trip list.
