It was a popular musical group in the 70's. They sang that song that goes:

Nobody gets too much heaven you know
'Cause it's higher than a mountain and harder to climb ---
You are as bad as Alan, and even he hits the mark sometimes. -charlie

"Not all conservatives are stupid, but most stupid people are conservative." - John Stuart Mill

And if that song didn't get stuck in your head, try this one:

Love is like Oxygen
You get too much you get too high
Not enough and you're gonna die
Love gets you high
You are as bad as Alan, and even he hits the mark sometimes. -charlie

anyone mistakenly berate their poor belayers after taking a hefty fall, like you pulled them 10-15 feet off the deck (turning what you thought was going to be a 15-footer into a 30 footer) and you thought they were just sleeping on the
job

so your just talking about whippers in general? Man I took the biggest one to date at the Shady Grove about a month ago. I was at the top of Which is Which on my redpoint burn. I made a long reach for a huge jug(one that has a lot of chalk on it and that I had used two other times before), more like a ledge, matched on it and then it broke! I fell about 30+ feet, nothin but air and the giant hold smashed on the ground well away from anyone at the base. Good thing that wall in super overhanging...the sound a huge hold like that makes when it break is somehting I will never forget...freaky!
