No, you're not supposed to do this. This is that waste, fraud, and abuse that the good old Fletcher admin is trying to cut. You get the st pk deal because you are sucker enough to work for the state for next to nothing and reap the excellent benifits package.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

Yeah right. Except for the fact that the Fletcher administration creates more waste fraud and abuse then previously existed. Hmm. Let's see, Cabinet Secretary's making over $200,000 who are really "employed" by the University of Kentucky. Oh wait, U.K. is a State school. So, circuitously, we're paying a Secretary over $200,000 and an undersecretary $180,000 via U.K. Hmmm.
