thanks yasi.
i'm really trying to take yoga to a whole new level.
i feel that we limit ourselves by not incorporating the natural environment around us.
i'm thinking of starting my own yoga revolution.
anyone else with any suggestions?

Yeah, I'm tired of all the Yoga on a mountain or on a sea shore. I support you, VA. You go, girl! *sassy snap of the fingers*

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Send me a check for $100 dollars and I'll let you in on the super-secret location.

Oh and buy a lovely lavander yoga mat to bring along.
Maybe some hummous and pitas too.
