I have been assimilated

Post by Guest »

I have lived in Kentucky for 9 years now. I think it's wearing on me. Last night, when talking to Spragwa, I actually pronounced Versailles as "ver-sales." This morning I am drinking Ale-8. Next thing you know, I'll be swerving into adjacent lanes when making turns. What else is going to happen to me???

"Y'all" will become a prominent feature of your everyday language.

You will weld your car doors shut and enter via the busted out window and start complaining about how kids these days just aren't as good as the boys on the DUKES OF HAZARD.

But most importantly you'll start to think that your cousins are really "hot".
Welcome to ole Kentuck.

you're going to start collecting cars....

then you're going to start scratching in places, that in any other city, would not be appropriate in public.

then come the cutt-off jeans that you swear are still in style....

then you're going to think 80's hairstyles are still in

LLR, that photo of the cut off jeans is fairly, uhm, interesting? I wonder if that woman thinks about how, uhm, interesting, kids look these day's with their g-string showing above their pants?

I think that application was a misprint... its actually the application for West Virginia residency.
