Gripped Climbing Magazine SUCKS!!!!!
Timeline:
First Week of Jan: I order a 1 year subscription.
End of Jan call and change address.
End of Feb: No Magazine Yet.
Mar: No Magazine Yet. Called to confirm address. Well I life on McPherson Hwy, they claim that it must not have gone through because they had McPherson Road. Well my town is only 8 thousand strong, and I have never put hwy on anything and never had a problem.
End of April: Called again to inform them I have not seen an issue yet.
Early June: Call a 3rd time to inform them that it has been five mouths and I have not seen a thing and confirmed address again.
Early July: Called to let them know that it has been 6 months and I have not seen a magazine yet and would like a refund. I again confirm my address with them and they state that I should be receiving a check in the mail.
Aug 2: Have not seen or heard anything about my refund yet!!!!!!
I had been getting a subscription to Climbing for two years and thought I would try something new. One day a seen an article for Canada’s Climbing Magazine Gripped and thought I would give it a try…bad idea. Sometime today when I have a chance I am going to give them a call and see what the reason it is I have not seen the refund check or a magazine yet.
