Greater Access To Help Everyone Recreate

WHAT: Trail Day
WHEN: Weekend of September 18-19, 2004
WHERE: Muir Valley

Planned activities are very similar to that of Adopt-A-Crag events which will include: visual impact mitigation, litter removal, erosion control, trail construction, and wildlife documentation. We are also planning to do some climbing at some point during the event.

Your reply will help us get an idea of how many volunteers we can get since Rick and Liz are planning to provide refreshments and snacks throughout the day and also a post-day dinner.

Don't miss out on your chance to give back to the climbing community and esp to show our appreciation of Rick and Liz's generous contribution to the Gorge!

I can commit to one of those days, tell me the day with the most work and I'll make it for that one.

Unfortunatly I can only make one of those days too, but as lordjim says, which day is best?

I think the actual trail day will be Saturday, September 18. Right now, Sunday is reserved technically as a back-up if the weather gods are against us on Saturday.

I have shovels (thanks LJ) rakes and implements of destruction. A husband with a chainsaw and a surly attitude. Also if you need anything shot, skinned or buried...... we will be there with bells on.
