Can you define Chuffer?

A chuff is a section of rope, a chuffer is a person that climbs on rope. Many people will argue about the minute details of the actual definition but those people are just board people with no lives. Chuffer was coined up as slang by boulderers to means something bad... when one boulderer calls another boulderer a rope climber it is one of the 7 deadly sins.
