Has anyone been on Jynx Jinx? It is a 11d at the Zoo. It looks like a really cool climb, overhung with several bulges/ mini roofs to pull. Is there a reason that the guide book gives it only one star?

I thought it was ok. There is a little choss. No more chossy than the other routes next to it. The climbing was kinda fun.
cool

I did it... liked it very much... would certainly do it again anytime... didn't find it to be chossy at all.

What do you mean by this?
As for Lynx Jinx, really a pretty fun climb... super steep!
The Zoo has a few good climbs... I don't know why everyone is so hard on it.
Plus it is shaded thus making for good summer climbing.
On Beyond Zebra and Cannonball are chossy but the the other climbs there are pretty solid and fun.

Yeah, the Zoo is pretty fun, although there still is a bit of choss around, and the rock is sharp. Some of those climbs are a good time.
I think that day with P2U was my first day there too!
