Looking for climbing partner

Post by ender_xx »

Well, i'm tired of trying to get my non-climber friends to start climbing, so i need to find someone to climb with. I've been climbing for about 6 years, so i'm no gumby, but the last 3 years were spent mainly bouldering, so my sport climbing skills are somewhat lacking. I'd love to start climbing with people stronger than me, i've always been the best of my climbing buddies which does little to motivate me to climb harder. Lately i've been able to send 5.10's in a couple tries, and feel very close to moving into the 5.11 or even 5.12 range if i could just build some dang endurance. I'd be able to climb tuesdays and thursdays all day, and sundays after noon. Drop me a PM if anyone wants to do some climbing.

Where are you looking to climb? Where are you located?

Is this the Will that moved to Arizona to go to school a couple of years ago? Either way, you are more than welcome to climb with Rain Man and I.

Hey man, good to hear from you again (assuming this is the same Will I am thinking of). You and I climbed together before you left for AZ. Remember when you flashed Fuzzy Undercling? Shoot me a PM whenever you want to get out. Oh, Rain Man is a buddy I climb with. I am getting out tomorrow with another friend of mine if you want to go. If you can't make it I will definitely be getting out next week too.

I'm kind of curious how you're going to move to the 12 range if you're sending 10's after a couple of tries. That seems like a pretty big jump to me. Just wondering.
Ticking is gym climbing outdoors.
