I think that we should add a "SPOTTED" index to the boards where we can post anyone we have seen at the red...like if some big name came by, or if someone saw someone do something stupid or something really worthwhile, we could post it in the spotted section and then if anyone knew who it was...they could post, or just post because they felt like it like in all of these threads...wudaya say?

EVERYONE's a big name at the Red... (or so, everyone thinks they're some big name).

Also, most everyone sees someone do something stupid or something really worthwhile EVERYDAY at the Red.

And most EVERYONE who posts in these threads are likely to be posting anything and everything just because they felt like it.

So I say, it seems pointless.

But hey, I vote YES!

I vote No because I agree with SIL, it's pointless. However, I think it's a big deal to see those big guns at the Lode, which didn't happen. I even had free tickets and backstage passes.

hmm, did you have tickets for Saturday or Sunday, cuz I hear the best show was Saturday...

I'd say no for that reason, and because a large reason the board exists is to provide information on climbing at the Red to people who aren't necessarily the same people who post on here all the time. Most people aren't going to care if someone from the board met someone else from the board, or if they saw that person doing something stupid at Miguel's or at the crag. If something really cool happened, just start a thread about it. I don't see the point in devoting a whole portion of the board to it.
