I'm bringing a friend down this weekend who has just found climbing. He's really motivated and I wanna show him a good time. Any suggestions for a crag with a lot of easy trad I can lead and let him toprope?? We probably only need 5 or 6 climbs a day to keep him happy and I can explore the other climbs on my own.
thanks all

I dont do too much trad in the red, but i know you can find some easy trad routes at pistol ridge.

any backups, i don't remember fortress looking as though it'd stay dry through this weekend's chance of rain....

Fortress is a good rain day crag also.

As someone who is part of Team Top Rope....and always follows on climbs....I like Global trad. I love Father and Son for some reason...Vision is long but fun...Casual Viewing isn't too tough. They made me climb all those in the snow once and I still liked it....though much better in warm weather...not sure about the rain factor...then if you do any sport at all...Eureka is there (definitely not good in the rain though...but good confidence boost for a beginner. BUT Crankmas knows better than I...he's old and with age comes wisdom....
