replacement foam for bouldering pads

Post by hoss »

I recently purchased a used bouldering pad that is in need of some replacment foam. I tried looking around on the net but didn't find much, just looking for some help.
Today I quit my job. And then I told my boss to go fuck himself, and then I blackmailed him for almost sixty thousand dollars. Pass the asparagus.

Check out a furniture refinisher. I was needing some foam rubber for a project several years ago and checked out a local guy. He had all I needed, free of charge! :D

If it is a misty, they will sell you new foam at cost. I think it was like 35 for the highlander, plus 15 shipping.

you can buy misty foam for other pads as well. it just won't fit perfect. my friend greg used misty foam in his cordless shell(it had metolious buckles). it went flat really quickly becuase of the extra space for it to move around. but at 35 bucks it is cheap to replace often. greg also boulders almost every other day nearly year round.

It's a cordless pad, but thanks for the help I'll probably end up doing that.
