Hi! It's Dipsi. Yep, still alive, but, due to a running injury and subsequent surgery, can't climb anymore. So, I'm selling one of my lots up on Shoemaker Ridge in Zoe. At one time, I had it dozed out for a driveway and fun campsite, and planned to build there. The lot is 3 acres, and is in a gated retreat. Water and underground electricity, and maintained roadway in place. The property is proximate to Miller Fork climbing development.
