Anyone know if there's still access to Pilot's Knob in Big Hill, KY. Climbed there a lot when I was at EKU back in 1973-75. Check my grade point for confirmation on that. Yes, I am pretty damn old - but still climbing. You used to be able to see the cliffs from Big Hill but time and trees have now blocked the view. There are several decent routes that you can lead. Rock leads itself to setting some protection. If anyone has info I would greatly appreciate the sharing there of. Thanks.

Take care and Safe Climbing,

Ike

I used to live on owsley fork a few years ago. I bushwacked up there a few times but didnt find the rock quality very worthy. The neighbors did say one could drive up to it via Mae Stevens Rd. I tried once but felt like i was trespassing, so i turned around.
