Climbing around Boulder

I will be heading to Boulder, CO next summer and have a couple of days to kill. I'd like to go climbing. I am mainly a sport climber with very little experience leading trad. I will be heading out with my son, who leads, my brother and his son (both who have just climbed a couple of times).
Any suggestions on areas to go that have a wide range of sport climbs.
Thanks,
GWG

a scant rack of passive pro will get up loads of fun easy slabs on the flat irons, for sport your best bet would probably be Boulder canyon or I think North Table if that is correct, I haven't been there but a friend put up several moderate routes and I think he called it North Table, I doubt you would have trouble finding good climbing at all grades

just walk into Mont-Bell...the outdoors store downtown...they will help you find stuff...or just ask some of the locals that look like climbers (they normally are)...they're the kind that put gel in their hair and wear $500 sunglasses to go haul their ass up a rock...but they helped us. I'm sure someone's come up with a book by now too.

Stay away from Table Mountain. It's a short basalt choss pile and it reeks from the Coors plant down the hill.

If you have a car and don't mind driving a little, check out Shelf Road near Colorado Springs. Pigsteak and I were there this past May, pretty fun limestone sport area with 100's of routes with a pretty cool view..cactus cliff had the highest concentration.!

I live in Golden, Clear Creek Canyon rocks. Its better than most people say it is. And North Table ( in Golden) is good also for moderates.

yea I hear tht Clear Creek Canyon is sweet. and make sure you stop by neptune mountaineering. not only will they give you beta but that store is literally a museum full of artifacts from climbing's history.

neptune sucks. check out the bentgate mountaineering store in Golden. Lots of cool stuff, plus a bouldering wall.
