Bouldering Trip

Post by kentuckysarah »

I'm really wanting to go bouldering this winter. I don't really know when I'll go, but I want to go to Horsepens, Rocktown, Little Rock City, and Short Mountain, TN. Not really all of those together, it just depends on the time or whatever.

I know I've talked to some of you about it. Are you guys still interested, or anybody else interested? I can drive and maybe fit 2 other people in my truck.

The thing is I don't have a bouldering pad, so I can't go by myself. And I'll have to share with whoever goes with me.

Anybody interested?

I'd go with you but my s.o. said I couldn't go on any climbing trips with strange women :) And it would have to be like weekend jaunts.

On a side note: Phoneix (road trip) here I come! If you want more info on that let me know.
Screw you guys. I'm going bowling.

Hey Sarah,
I'll probably make another trip down to HP in January before I go to Hueco if you wanna go. Scott will already be in texas so I'll be looking for someone to climb with. There's a lot of fun problems down there.--Christy

Yeah, I understand that. I don't think my parents would be too happy about me going on a trip with a guy I didn't know.

The trip will most likely be a weekend trip. If I'm lucky maybe Friday-Monday or something. It depends on who can go with me and how long they can stay

I'll be up for weekend trips! Just let me know. :) I don't have a crash pad, though.

Great! I'll let you guys know a definate weekend that I can go. If it's just a weekend trip then we probably only have time for Horsepens. But, I've been looking at Short Mountain and it has a big range of problems and I want to check it out sometime too. Has anyone been there?
