Yep. That pretty much sums up all my frustrations for the moment.

I got nothin' but love, but the fact that my bus is broke is wearing me out.

I'm also worn down because I'm surrounded by nerds. Half the desktop wallpapers in this building have something to do with homestar runner, the star wars kid, or some online comic.

But what really wears me out is the fact that you can't throw a rock in this building without hitting a bigoted, christian coalition, simple minded, conservative. I got nothing against conservatives that have decent and well informed opinions - my family's full of them. But Fox news ain't a news source. O'reilly is only a linux resource, not facts about the world.

Last thing -- every one of these fuckers that has an american flag or Pride sticker on their car better have voted. People that don't vote, don't get an opinion.

Given the popular vote results of the last election, I'd bet they didn't vote (but I'm not complaining - if they had, W might have actually won). Try reading Al Franken's "Lies (and the Lying Liars who Tell Them)". On one hand it's depressing just how flagrant the right-wing liars are, but on the other hand, at least Al is documenting and exposing it.

I became a non-corporate architect so that I don't have to wear a tie - I hate them that much, too. Ties are for funerals.

And, yeah, failing to use turn signals irks the shit out of me, too! (I get the impression that drivers who don't signal are oblivious to the existance of other people around them, which is scary when you think about the implications)
