Lets hear it

I'm willing to base my decision of letting him back due to the results of this poll.

I'm impartial but I do think it's fair to let folks know that the reason he was banned was for a disgusting thread he posted about Gretchen's unborn child. The thread was extremely distasteful and was the first thread to ever be removed from the Flame Forum.

the forum is incomplete without jh, he was a lil crazy but it was funny to read his stuff when he was mad, wutd did he say that gave him the boot?

I've had my share of stupid posts on the different incarnations of this board. I'm sure there were times I probably should have been booted just for sheer stupidity. But JH seemed to be nothing but negative. When did he contribute in a positive way? And I don't mean by being disgustingly funny.

I would say no. But then I am a forgiving person too, so then I would have to say yes, even though I would selfishly want to see him continue to be banned.

yall obviously don't understand jh very well. he says things to get a rise out of people... if u take half the things he says seriously then you're all dumber than joe even thought u were in the first place. once you get to know him you'll learn he's a very interesting guy with a lot of great ideas and positive stuff to say... you just have to last past him pushing a few of your buttons, kind of like a test to see how much shit you'll put up with before u just give him shit right back. Don't continue to ban him cause he was fucking with everyone. dont we need some people like that,? it makes it fun. JH is a great guy and i personally would like him back on. Go JH.

I'd say let him back if he'll publicly fess up that the "unborn child" thread was flat out wrong. Nobody's perfect and he's probably sorry he ever did it. Let him be accountable and apologize.

I was against JH being permanently banned. This time. I don't miss his crap on the board, though, or the people complaining about him. Each and every one of you who baits JH and then turns around and whines about his posts is a hypocrite.

I think he should be let back on with a clear set of guidelines laid out for him. If he forces us to moderate him, though, I think he should be banned permanently. That last thread he started was beyond anything that ANYONE would think is okay to post in any forum. He was told this BEFORE he posted it, by me, and he chose to post it anyway. In fact, the more I think about it, the less I miss him. However I think being banned without any warning was simply unfair.

I didn't see the thread, but if it's as bad as everyone says then I am with Sandy. Let him back on, but put him on probation.

Just so ya know, the guy did receive a warning. He was banned once before by others but just for a day or so. That, to me, would be a warning to not take it too far again.
