This was taken at Roadside Park weekend before last, Reportedly they were not climbers but day hikers down for the weekend that had gotten in very late. Do ya think climbers would get the blame?

I suspect that the Forest service has already figured out that signs are useless because tourists are idiots that think signs dont apply to them.

Nice shot TK; great light, good colors, excellent angle. Where can I vote a 10 on this thing? :o

Thanks Andy!

To be honest I was more impressed with what a great shot it might be in a journalistic sense then I was intent on making an example of the act. But it was the act that helped make it interesting don't you think? Is this good photo journalism?

We were told they got in at 3:am or so. They were packed up and gone when we got back from the Zoo about 1:30 or so. No harm done really. Thats not meant to downplay that we all need to try to cooperate with the powers that be though. We were freindly about it and kindly told their friends how we felt acts like this put access at risk and strain on relations.

Great statistics TK, but what about the "gimme aid" on Friction Slab? We've got throw-away cam pix of your high point!

I wasn't asking for a rescue, but just a rope so I could try the move.

Don't blackmail me. I know where you live and I have photos of your dog in a compromising position with Horatio!
