Did anyone besides Yasmeen, Power2U and myself get any climbing in? Congrats on your onsight Yasmeen! Surely with this good weather there are projects going down left and right. Where did you go? What did you get on? Was it crowded? Let's revive the weekend report!

Yeah, Canuck lead me up Foxfire which was AWESOME!!! She's just a great and fun climber. It was a good weekend to be there because many were too hung over to get out.
Except Andy, the true warrior who sleeps little, drinks a lot and still climbs.

I honestly think I may have had the best climbing day ever on Saturday! We went to Middle Small Wall and knocked out five routes in under five hours. They were practically all (all but one because it was 40 feet but it still rocked!) 4 and 5 star routes, quality rock, long, and we were completely alone. I found my new favorite wall. I was hesitant to lead this weekend because it was my first one back after spraining my wrist but it passed the test with flying colors so now I get to go back and climb all those routes again on lead! Woo hoo!!!!
Sunday was fun too but Saturday was definitely the special gem.

Thanks Sik! Sport hurts more for sure (pinching is difficult) but crack climbing is no problem-O. I feel very lucky.
Yasmeen - What did you onsite? Hey, I want to give you props for leading Jim's. I think that's so freakin' awesome!!! You got big mad balls for such a little lady!

Artsay, I was actually confused by Sik's post
I didn't mean to give the impression that I onsighted Yellow Brick Road, because I didn't... and I didn't lead
all of Jim's, by the way-- I ran out of gear halfway up and came down and Loren finished it (props to him, but then for such a badass, I guess it wasn't such a big deal
)... I guess I did onsight Ruby Slippers and Diamond in the Rough though. My most exciting send of the weekend was the very last climb, which was Receiver, which I'd been working on since mid-June. Thanks to Paul for "forcing" me to stay and climb the rest of the day Sunday!
