Want to become a better, more knowledgeable, experienced climber while working outdoors in the beautiful Red River Gorge, KY? Torrent Falls Climbing Adventure is hiring for the 2017 season (Mar 1st - Dec 1st)! Torrent Falls offers, among many other things, a professional but fun working environment. Staff members get to work with outdoor enthusiasts of all ages alongside a team of experienced, professional, safe, and energetic instructors.
Torrent Falls Climbing Adventure offers two types of positions:
Climbing/Rappelling Instructor
Via Ferrata Instructor
Via Ferrata instructor position: No prior experience is necessary but it is helpful to have climbing experience and basic wilderness medical training.
Climbing/Rappelling Instructor: Certifications that Torrent Falls seeks are American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) Single Pitch Instructor or AMGA Rock Instructor. And Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder certified. Other certifications may be accepted.
