Anything Dry at the Red Right Now?

Post by tyler.yarbrough »

Has anyone climbed there in the last week? With all this rain going on and it being the dead of winter (likely more run off and less evaporation) -- is anything DRY? Are conditions climbable?

If so, which Crags have you been to that the rock was still dry?

Thanks!

Bruise Brothers was mostly dry on Monday. Didn't check out any other walls though.

I was at Miller Fork on Thursday. Lots of run off but we found dry rock at Coopers Cove.

Climbed this weekend and a bunch of stuff was dry, both steep stuff and slabs that get a lot of wind/sun.
