Odub has left the building...

Post by 512OW »

Wow...had a great time at the show. Mr. Mayor....that mandolin rocked. Damn. We gotta do that again.

Just wanted to say thanks to everybody who showed up, the RRGCC for puttin on a great event, everybody who bought the CD, JB for the hot mandolin, and my 3 dancers....one of whom I didn't know but wish I did (I'm single now ya know...)

Helluvalotta fun. Can't wait to do it again. Next time we'll do a whole hour of just climbing songs...

If you didn't get a CD, get at me....I'll get one to ya. 5 bucks...its a bargain. Maybe check at Miguels, he may have a few.

Hope everybody had a good time.....

(and if anybody knows who my third dancer was, and shes single...lemme know.)

haha..I'm out...

By the way, for those who bought the CD...the song "The Way It Is", which the rest of you heard part of at the show.....is volume one. I can't help but continue the stories, and if anyone is offended, like I said, oh well. There will definitely be a Volume two, and possibly three and four.....soooo many stories...So please, gimme a reason to include you...

He 512, I dropped 10 CD's off at Miguel's so people can pick them up there!!!

Thanks for doing an awesome job and also major props out to JB! I think you two need to work on more songs together!

Nah...the dude singin the hook is Timbaland. All the other voices are me....I think....

Gretchen...many thanks. I guess that means I gotta get down to the Red sometime soon....

By the way, just so you guys know.....

This morning I was contacted by Katie Brown and Corey Rich (super photographer), and they met me out by SCINs house to take photos for Climbing magazine and do an interview so they can write about the show and the CD in the mag. We shot some wicked funny pics, complete with big gear, cool sunglasses, and the all new OW gang signs....

They said it'll be a few months before it runs.....but look for it. So big up to Katie and Corey, who couldn't have been any nicer or more fun to shoot with...

The show rocked! I just want to mention that I felt like a total groupie when the Offwidth Rap started and I got all excited and my friends looked at me like I was crazy.
