I'll direct this to you vic, but anyone who can answer would be great.
On thered.org , when you see the goal of $27,400 and then the bar raises to $11,430, does that mean the $11,430 is actual money "in-hand", or does it include what has been pledged to the route auction?
In other words, will the end of bidding at the auction raise the money higher than the $11,430 stated?
