Hi I'm coming over labor day. I am looking for 12c/d stuff and my friend is doing 10s and my other friend leads like 5.8 so we need a crag with a lot of grade diversity and ideally some shade. Any recommendations?

Secret Garden, Chaos, Deep End, Infirmary, and Record Shop would be good options in Miller fork.

Military Wall and Left Flank. Solid stuff at both areas for everyone in your climbing party. Same parking lot, easy access, good classic climbs for all.

Check Chaos out for sure for nearby climbing in all grades.
Also consider:
Great Arch/Solarium
Tectonic/Ivory Tower
Chica Bonita
Gallery
Surf/Boneyard
Fruit wall/ The Portal

I agree with Milatary and Left Flank. Also will add Roadside. Get a permit though

Everything back in Coal Bank is great for a group like yours. The crossroads has two excellent 5.8's, a stellar 10d and some good 11+/12- routes. Gold Coast, Solar Collector, and Dark side also host moderates as well as loads of classic hard routes.

What's the situation on this atm? Do you have to use their guide service to climb at Roadside?

You don't need to use a guide service to climb at Roadside. You just have to register for a permit ahead of time on this site:
http://grainingfork.org. You will have to make a donation to get the permit, but you can choose the amount.

Exactly what Episketch said. Do not attempt to go without a permit and please mind the rules.
