I'm relatively new to climbing (been to the red 3 or 4 times) and want to get a lot better at it and do it a lot more. I am looking for a guide for this spring/summer. I have some limitations due to knee issues. Live in Lexington. Have my own gear. Names or #s of guides or guide services would be awesome.

get a membership at bluegrass bouldering where you can both get better at climbing and meet people to partner up with. If the knee precludes you from bouldering then you'd have to either go to the UK gym or wait until the new gym w/ roped climbing opens: https://www.facebook.com/lescaladefitness

I can attest that KRAG (Kentucky Rock and Adventure Guides) is a top notch guiding service, with very reasonable prices. Clif and Brian have a ton of experience and will get you setup!
