Hemoriodal strangulation

I have been having a problem because of climbing lately. My 'riods are acting up again. This time I have an external one that has become so distended that it looks like a red finger with a blister on the tip of it. (1)can I pop this thing like a zit? (2)Can I band it like a calf? and if I do is there any chance of a/an infection?
Do you know of any permanent solutions to this chronic problem other than surgery. I'm poor and not a Canadian.

take a stick of butter roll it in white sugar ,flour and fresh bread crumbs deep fry in palm oil at 350 degrees and ....

What happened Yasi? It's not that bad. Only when I gotta go. Then it feels like I'm trying to shit a freight train. Some times when its real bad it hurts to take a deep breath.
Right now its tolerable. I'm just wanting to know if it will cause trouble if I pop it like a zit?

no it's not harmful j.h. go for it! that's what i've done for the past 7 years. they come back, but man, all that blood and puss and shit that shoots out when you pop it is delicious!

This one time when I was in the Navy. I had one so bad that the doctor wanted to do a "manuel expression" of it. I thought he just wanted to make funny faces at me. When he got back there and started squeezing it I though an elephant was trying to have his way with me!!
