Have you plateaued?

Post by Josephine »

Are you stuck at the same climbing level and looking for some ways to pick it up a notch? I'm really excited about our Advanced climbing clinic. Kris Hampton
from The Power Company will share with you the habits he's learned from some of the best climbers in the world. Not only how to train to push past your plateau, but how to structure your climbing day, how to approach hard redpoints, and the mental space needed to climb to your potential. This is going to be a great clinic! Sign up at http://rrgcc.org/register/

Only 1 has sold out - 1 has 1 spot left (as of 8:42pm on Monday) I will keep that list updated.

I also know that Kris mentioned Evolv is throwing in some goodies for participants of his clinic this year :-D

interested in breaking through the pump and a guy told me that he did laps around the gym staying on the wall for over an hour (he said two but wtf?) just working the burn. anyone, when you hit the point where you're convinced you can't hang on if you let go, care to share the mental jujitsu to commit the mind but absolve the muscle?
training is for people who care, i have a job.
