If you're injury prone - whether it's knees, elbows, shoulders, ankles - all of the above - you really need to check out an awesome mini-clinic this coming Sunday.

It's a 3 - hour injury prevention and rehabbing session with lots of 1-on-1 time. Aika is a physical therapist and yoga instructor who can help you figure out how to get back on track. The clinic is from 9:30 - 12:30 - so there's plenty of time to climb afterwards (if you're currently able to climb!) Best of all - its only $15 and all the money goes directly to the coalition.

Space is limited so that there will be plenty of time for Q & A. Sign up at http://rrgcc.org/register/ (and if you're one of those people that really can't stand the crowds, no, you do not have to sign up for the fri/sat activities to take a clinic.)
