Has anyone here ever been involved in the founding of a climbing co-op that rented space? I'm curious what the insurance liability issues you had to resolve were and what type of legal council you needed to consult. I would imagine that this would have at least some legal difference than a for-profit gym.

I heard rocksport put up one new route recently, so probably no need for a co-op.
