I have a pair of size 5 US (37 EUR) Mad Rock Maniacs sitting in my closet, but their condition is really more new than used.

I got them as a Valentine's Day present a couple of years ago, and they don't fit me quite right, so I've worn them for a total of about 30 seconds in the gym. I keep telling myself that once I run out of other shoes, I'll put in the effort to "break-in" the Maniacs, but I just don't think they're the right shoes for me.

They're awesome shoes for heel-hooking, smearing, and delicate footwork, though, and they might be what you're looking for.
