Muir Valley May Trail Day

A big thank you to the Access Fund, and Jeff Young and Dave Montgomery in particular, for setting up Sunday's Trail Day in Muir Valley. Two new beautiful low-impact, long-life trails were added to the Valley's trail system. Twenty five volunteers toughed out the heat and humidity to knock out these trails. Learned how to use the amazing grip hoist device. Ripped out a huge live root ball with ease. Gotta have one of these! Also learned a lot of new trail building techniques from the AF guys. All in all, a great day!
