anybody want to go try to climb the diamond? TradMike, your ride would be free..
We tried the Diamond once but got shut down by wind. I have never experience wind like that before. Screaming banshees. On the hike out I got picked up off my feet by a huge gust and slammed into the boulders.
Sounds like a great offer but we have permits for something I have wanted to do for a long time. Mt Russell is going to be the big climb this year. You are more than welcome but only 4 permits remain and only available the day of entry on a first come first sever basis. Should be 3 stellar routes of climbing over three days in mid August.
