Is there a book that teaches basic trad techniques? Levitation and all that kind of stuff?

Well, which do you want--"basic" techniques or Leavittation?? ;)

I think Freedom of the Hills covers basic techniques pretty well if I remember correctly.

Check out the books of John Long and those of Craig Luebben. These books should contain lots of useful info.
