hi. i'm going to be in the Red this weekend for some hanging out near classic sandstone rock climbs. i've fallen asleep under climbs as hard as 13b, but i feel pretty comfortable chilling at most any crag. i've got my own hammock and a cooler. shoot me a pm if you're down.

More importantly, does your cell phone get a good 4G signal at the crag?

I would be down for some chillbing, providing the approach isn't too epic. I have downloaded the 2006 National Championship game, we could watch it over and over... man that game rocked.

Serious cat question here... what is it with the noob cocoons at the Red? I don't think I've seen them anywhere else, and they were out in abundance my last trip out there.

climbing in the Red is about jumping the shark. noob cocoons are just one part of the bedazzling social puzzle.
