It's easy enough to copy the spray list and paste it into Excel but you get extraneous values before the grade, length and date sent. If you paste the text into Word first, find and remove all hidden text THEN copy and paste into Excel you get clean data. It's a bit of a hassle but not too bad once you figure it out...
