The well rounded climber

climbs trad
(my daughter on Roadside Attraction)
and sport
(her again on Hat Trick, with a little help and lots of fun 'simulclimbing' with the wonderful Muao Dib on this one)
She also boulders, but I don't have any photos yet.
I can't wait to get back on the rock!

What about you??
I think we'll be down next weekend to hang out, watch other folks climb, hike and look for lizards. I couldn't do it today. I can barely wash my hands.

Please note how the top rope is running around the left side of the tree. It would have been much better for the tree and the rope had the rope been on the other side of the tree.

I agree, Member. I had never been on the route before and didn't know that I should lower off on the other side of the tree after leading up it. Next time I will. When I belayed my second, I moved to prevent the rope rubbing against the tree as much as possible.

so far so good ...though having someone do this for me would be the ultimate luxury!
